Can't activate plugin

Hello community:

I’m building my website using the FreelanceEngine theme and went to install once of their plugins (Revolution Slider) and the process crashed. It was able to install it but no to activate it.

The error that I got is the following:

Sorry - open 000webhost.com, hit general, settings I think then change php version half way down; else there is a tutorial in “tutorials” section of the forum I think.
