I don’t get to access my account. In the new cpanel, my website disapeared. So, I’m trying to access throught of ftp account, mut I forgot it.

It is on details on the control panel.
Host is files.000webhost.com
Username/password is in the control panel.

When I try to access my account in the new cPanel, my website isn’t avaiable. So I though to access the ftp account to try recover all my files and so to create a new account in the new cpanel.

Do you know what it could be?
